Attendance Rules
By participating or spectating at our quad treks you agree to abide by the rules below.
Bookings
Please contact us straight away if there are any issues with your booking. Also check your details are correct, as we may need to contact you.
You must arrive 15 minutes before the start of your trek.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to go on the trek. No refunds or compensation will be paid for these circumstances.
The minimum age of 16 years old, but younger ages can be considered with experience and ability.
ALL PROPERTY IS LEFT ON-SITE AT THE OWNER’S RISK, INCLUDING ALL VEHICLES. IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE DRUMCLOG QUAD TREKS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE.
Safety
Due to the nature of the activity it can be hazardous and customers must accept that there is a risk factor, so we ask that you sign a disclaimer on arrival.
For all attending Drumclog Quad Treks appropriate PPE must be worn:
Helmet
Gloves
Safety specs
Boots, wellies or waders. No Trainers are to be worn
Warm and suitable clothing
Waterproofs are your preference, please bring these with you if you wish to wear these.
Drumclog Quad Treks will supply only the helmet.
An instructor will be with you at all times, however, any areas of Drumclog Quad Treks with steep declines or drop-offs will be marked by orange tape/fences. Please be cautious approaching these areas.
The instructions given by the instructor must be followed at all times.
NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION at any time when driving on site, anyone under the influence will be asked to leave the facility.
Any behaviours which are deemed dangerous or unacceptable will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the site.
Indemnification and Release of Liability
In return for allowing me to voluntarily participate at Drumclog Quad Treks and all related activities, I agree:
1. TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, associated with or related to my ATTENDING and all related activities
2. TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I might sustain while ATTENDING and all associated activities.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
3. I agree to advise Drumclog Quad Treks prior to the start of the activity of any existing medical conditions or injury, the list below if appropriate:
I acknowledge that I know the possible RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS associated with MY PARTICIPATION at Drumclog Quad Treks and all related activities including THE POSSIBLE RISK OF SEVERE OR FATAL INJURY TO MYSELF OR OTHERS.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customer
If you cancel up to 72 before the trek start time, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date. However if you cancel within 72 hours, no refund will be given.

Drumclog Quad Treks
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel the trek at short notice. If this ever occurs we will refund you in full or reschedule your trek for another suitable time.
We reserve the right to also cancel a trek if the information provided in the disclaimer is not accurate or if a person is not in a suitable condition to drive the quad.
Activity Feedback
